We here at TVFD are happy to share with you the building of our new brush truck, designated as Brush 6. Through a coordinated effort with the Louisa County Board of Supervisors and The Louisa Department of Fire and EMS, we purchased a 2020 Chevrolet HD 3500 Chassis last year. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the chassis took much longer to be built and arrive.

Currently the truck is in Brandy Station, Virginia with our builder and fabricator. Apparatus Solutions Emergency Vehicle Outfitter and Battlefield Emergency Vehicles are working side by side to build the unit from start to finish. The truck will feature the HMA Ultra High Pressure pump with 200 gallon water tank and a 12 gallon foam cell. We hope to take delivery soon, watch for more updates and photos.
