Squad 6 is coming into the final phase.

Pierce has completed its rigorous testing on all the truck's systems. Squad 6 is moving into the final assembly phase and being prepared for final inspection set for November 14th and 15th, 2022. Deputy Chief Lewis and LCFEMS Lt. Chris Lee will be heading to Florida in a few weeks to complete the 2 day inspection process. ... (Full Story & Photos)

New Squad 6 is being built as we speak.

In June 2022, TVFD and Louisa Fire and EMS finalized the specs for the new Squad 6. Pierce is building us a 2022 Saber FR Heavy Rescue Pumper. The truck will be replacing Heavy Rescue 6 and is set for delivery in November 2022. Stay tune for production photos and updates... (Full Story & Photos)

Brush 6 has been delivered!

On Saturday, May 15th we took delivery of Brush 6 from our builder, Apparatus Solutions Emergency Vehicles.
This 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 features:
- SoundOff Signal warning lights, mPOWER spot lights and blueprint system
-HiViz LED Lighting mini brow lights
TecNiq Inc. compartment lights, ground/pump panel lights, and rear scene lights

New Brush 6 Update

The build of Brush 6 is moving along nicely. The bed has been fabricated and installed. The HMA High Pressure skid unit has been placed and the compartments have been mounted. DOT and Emergency lighting installation has been started on the body. All of the equipment and tools have been delivered for placement and mounting. We are very excited for this unit.
